Plot
Mary & I - A Late Bloomer’s Quest for Love is a heartfelt documentary and the directorial debut of stand-up comedian and filmmaker, Wally Zamwa. It follows Wally, a young man from Sweden, grappling with mental health and feeling adrift in life. At 29, he discovers "Mary" (cannabis), a turning point that sparks a journey of self-discovery, healing, and purpose.
