Plot
The quiet life of a group of apartment neighbors is turned upside down when a 55-year-old woman named Doina moves in next door. A maniacal lawsuit enthusiast, Doina demands absolute silence in the building. Tensions rise and chaos unfolds as the neighbors decide to fight back.
