Plot
The story follows a psychotherapist Elliot over the course of a week, through his interactions with three patients suffering from delusional disorders. 'A' claims to repeatedly sees black holes open in reality, without being able to distinguish them from reality. 'B' constantly feels like he is being followed, but whenever he turns around, he sees only the same pair of white shoes, without a body. 'C' suffers from visual disturbances, following a car accident, where everyone appears to him as doubled. Faced with worsening symptoms, a blurred reality, and possible hallucination, Elliot begins to doubt his own place within reality.
