Dymarion, a senior at Michelle Clark High School, reflects on his experience growing up in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. The highs and lows of living in a struggling community only a few miles from the bustling city streets of Chicago. Dymarion has been shaped by the community that surrounds him yet is determined to change the narrative of how people view his hometown.
