Yin Yoga Yin Yoga works on the deeper connective tissue by holding the individual asanas for longer and with relaxed muscles (i.e. without force). It combines anatomical knowledge with the teachers of Dao Yoga and the meridians. This DVD gives you an easy introduction to Yin Yoga practice. Either with a sequence for the liver or one for the gallbladder. This pair of organs has a regulating effect on the body and thus controls the Chi level.
